Guest Registration and Limits
Please register guests in advance and ensure they’re familiar with the Club’s Rules and Bye-Laws FAQs. Members must complete a guest form for each visit, unless attending a ticketed Club event. Guests remain the responsibility of the inviting member at all times. Click here for the full guest policy.
Members may bring up to five guests on weekdays, and three on weekends and Bank Holidays. No guest – including unregistered babies – may visit more than 21 times per calendar year. Breaches may result in a long-term ban.
Brasserie 1869 Bookings
From 1 August 2025 to 1 April 2026, members may book tables for up to six guests at Brasserie 1869. All visits count towards the 21-visit annual limit, except those in the Private Dining Room, where up to 19 guests are permitted.
Additional Guests
Extra guests may be approved at the discretion of Club Management. Please call Main Reception on 020 7610 7400 in advance.
Guest Parking
Guests may use the car park from 9am-7pm, subject to charges: £15 on weekdays, £20 on weekends and Bank Holidays.
Sporting Visitors
Competitors in open tournaments do not require a guest pass but must sign in at the Main Gate and may only access tournament-specific areas. Match managers must submit a team list in advance; anyone not listed will be denied entry. Non-competing visitors must be registered with the Club at least 24 hours in advance.
