GOODS RECEIVER
DEPARTMENT: KITCHEN
THE ROLE
This is a full-time role working 40 hours over five days, scheduled flexibly between Monday and Sunday, with two days off each week.
As Goods Receiver, you will work in close collaboration with the Kitchen and F&B Commercial teams, partnering effectively with the other Goods Receiver. Your typical duties will include:
• Ensuring the quality of goods received.
• Making sure that all deliveries are matched to the relevant purchase order.
• Managing and controlling the receipt of al supplies (food, liquor, dry, disposable, equipment and cleaning to the Club).
• To be responsible for the handling and dispatch of all stock to the relevant departments.
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates will embody our Club values; excellence, responsibility and courtesy.
Candidates should be IT literate with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to multitask with accuracy across a number of concurrent duties and projects. Candidates must have prior experience within a kitchen/food and beverage environment. Previous experience with a stock control system is desirable.
