When is Hurlingham Summer Fiesta?

Hurlingham Summer Fiesta is on Friday 10 July from 7pm-12am.

 

Do I need to bring my ticket?

Yes. All tickets must be presented on arrival for scanning. Tickets can be shown on your mobile device or as a printed copy.

 

What is the dress code?

The dress code is Dress to Impress. While this is not a strict black-tie event, guests are encouraged to wear stylish partywear. Appropriate attire includes smart dresses, smart trousers and elegant eveningwear. Sequins and feathers are encouraged! Sportswear is not permitted.
Guests who do not adhere to the dress code will be refused entry, and changing outfits at the Club will not be allowed.

 

Is there an age limit?

Yes. This is a strictly 18+ event for members and their guests.

 

Will there be a cloakroom?

Yes, cloakrooms will be in operation throughout the evening.

 

What food options will be available?

Members and guests are welcome to bring their own picnic. There will also be a selection of Club catering options available on the night.

 

Can I bring my own drinks?

Yes. In addition, a selection of drinks will be available from the Polo Bar and The Dip until 11.30pm on the night.

 

What time should I arrive?

The Club gates will open at 7pm for ticket holders only. Last entry is at 10pm, and please note there will be no re-admission once you leave the event.

 

Can I bring my dog? 

Dogs are strongly discouraged at this event.

 

Is parking available at the Club?

Yes, limited parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guest parking fees will not apply on the night.

 

Which gate should I use to enter the Club by car?

All vehicles must enter via the Main Gate. The Back Gate will be pedestrian-only, and a one-way traffic system will be in place.

 

Will the event go ahead if it rains?

Yes. The event will run as planned regardless of the weather. We recommend bringing a coat or umbrella, just in case.
