Kitchen Technician & Maintenance Operator

The Maintenance team deal with all aspects of in-house maintenance at the Club including plumbing, electrics, carpentry and general maintenance. They are a friendly team of nine who work in all areas of the Club and have contact with all other internal departments and external contractors.

As the Kitchen Technician & Maintenance Operator, you will carry out routine daily, weekly and monthly checks on all appliances within the Club’s three kitchens. The candidate will be able to determine areas of maintenance which can be completed in-house, or which will require the attention of a contractor, due to the amount of work required. The candidate will liaise between the relevant Club Executives and Kitchen Management to keep them informed of timescales, and of any arising problems to ongoing repair work. You will support the Club functions throughout the year and comply with the Health & Safety Policy. You will also take part in the on call weekend rota.

Candidates will have previous experience within a similar environment and will have the following qualifications: CCCN1, COMCAT Levels 1, 2, 3 are essential, and preferably 5, as required by the majority of Club appliances. Pool plant training and experience is desirable, but not essential. Candidates will have experience within general maintenance work as the successful candidate will also assist other members of the Maintenance team when required.
