Food & Beverage Assistant
The Food & Beverage Operations team are responsible for the member food and beverage outlets at the Club, as well as the running of events in its East Wing. For its members, the Club boasts a busy brasserie style restaurant, a fine dining restaurant and a bar. With regards to events, from meetings and conferences, to weddings and awards ceremonies, the Hurlingham Suite is fully adaptable for formal or informal events, depending on individual requirements and is available to accommodate up to 800 guests for a seated dinner.
As an F&B Assistant, you will greet and seat members and their guests in a friendly, efficient manner and remain courteous at all times during service. Duties include taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables and polishing crockery, glass and cutlery. You will have full knowledge of beverage lists and menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods, and be able to assist with any special requests or allergy requirements. You will work shifts on a roster basis, including weekend and evening shifts.
Candidates should have previous experience within a fine dining establishment and a passion for working within hospitality.
