The Club strives to maintain and enhance its excellence in providing members, their families and guests with first class social and sporting facilities in an elegant and congenial environment. Health and Safety

The Club recognises its responsibility for maintaining safe and healthy working conditions, for providing equipment, training, instruction and information to enable staff to perform their work safely, and for ensuring continuation of interest in health and safety through good management and employee consultation.

Safeguarding Children & Vulnerable Adults

It is the Club’s aim to provide high quality children’s activities which are challenging, safe and good fun. The Club is committed to its duty of care to safeguard from harm all children involved in activities in its control. All children have a right to protection, and the needs of disabled children and others who may be particularly vulnerable are taken into account.

The aim of the Club’s Safeguarding Policy is to promote good practice by:

  • Providing children and young people with appropriate safety and protection whilst in the care of the Club.
  • Allowing all staff/volunteers to make informed and confident responses to specific child protection issues.
