Job Description:

The Club has a large brigade of chefs within the Food & Beverage department, working across three kitchens.

Working within the Main Kitchen you will have opportunity to learn and develop your skills and career in a high end, prestigious environment.

This role is offered on a full time, roster basis, which will include regular evening and weekend work.

Candidates should have proven and be keen to advance their skills and knowledge under an inspirational Executive Head Chef. This is a great opportunity for a chef with previous Commis or Demi Chef de Partie experience.
