How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online via the Club website from Monday 23 April
From 10am on Monday 25 June, tickets can only be purchased from Main Reception.
If tickets are available on the day they will be sold from Main Reception and will be reduced in price after the first match.


How many tickets can I purchase?

Members may purchase up to four tickets each per day, issued on a first come first served basis.

 

Ticket prices are as follows:

  • Tuesday 26 June:

East stand seats (premium) £48*
West stand seats (standard) £42
South stand seats (standard) £42
South stand seats (junior) £20

 

  • Wednesday 27 to Friday 29 June:

East stand seats (premium) £75*
West stand seats (standard) £63
South stand seats (standard) £63
* (includes seats on the ground level)

 

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be sent on Friday 8 June 2018 to the address stated on the online booking application – please allow four days for delivery.
If the address is outside the UK, tickets will be held for collection at Main Reception.
Tickets purchased on or after 15 June will be held for collection at the Main Reception.

 

Is there a minimum age to watch tennis?

Babies in arms and children under 5-years-old are not permitted into Centre Court (seating or members’ free standing areas).
Children 5-years-old and over will be permitted into Centre Court provided that they have their own seat (if in the seated areas) and do not disturb other spectators. Children over 5-years-old but under 12-years-old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

 

Want to buy junior tickets?

All junior tickets are within the West stand and the seats will be allocated with the adult purchasing the tickets. Proof of I.D. may be requested for those occupying the junior seats.

 

Is there wheelchair access to view the tennis?

A limited amount of wheelchair/easily accessible seating is reserved on the East Side of the Court for ticket holders only. All such requests should be noted at the time of the application.

 

When and where are the matches on?

All matches will be played on Little Wimbledon.

 

  • Tuesday 26 June:
    Two matches will be scheduled, the first match will commence at 5pm.

 

  • Wednesday 27 June, Thursday 28 June and Friday 29 June:
    Three matches will be scheduled, the first match will commence at 2pm. There will be a 10 minute break between each match.

 

Who is playing?

We won’t receive final confirmation of the order of play until the morning of each day.

What should I do if I have lost my ticket?

Please contact the Sports Administration Office as soon as possible prior to the event by email: sportsadminassist@hurlinghamclub.org.uk

 

I am a member and would like to attend the tennis and bring guests who are not members, is this possible?

Yes, members are able to purchase up to four tickets per day which would allow you to bring up to three guests. Please note that guests must be accompanied by a member at all times.

 

I am a member, can I purchase tickets for non-members if I will not be attending the tennis?

No, all guests must be accompanied by a member who is attending the tennis. When the member leaves the Club, their guests must also leave.

 

If I am not attending the tennis, can I still bring guests to the Club during the Aspall Tennis Classic to use other Club facilities?

Yes, however, please note that normal guest restrictions apply.
The Aspall Tennis Classic is a ticketed event and only those with valid tickets will be permitted entry into the event.
Guests of members may attend the Aspall Tennis Classic as long as they have a ticket to attend.
Members wishing to bring guests into the Club who do not have a ticket for the Aspall Tennis Classic will have to complete a guest pass at Main Gate. Standard limits on guest numbers apply.

 

I am a Member but I don’t have a ticket to the tennis, can I still watch?

If tickets are available on the day they will be sold from Main Reception and will be reduced in price after the first match.

What will happen if it rains?

In the event of inclement weather, no decision will be made on whether play will go ahead until at least 30 minutes before play is scheduled to start.
If play is interrupted by rain, every effort will be made to resume play.
Our policy on ticket refunds due to inclement weather is as follows:
– No play at all – full refund
– 60 minutes or less of play – partial refund (to be determined by the Committee)
– Over 60 minutes of play – no refund
– Any refunds will be automatically credited to you via the means by which you paid, within one month.
Please note there will be no refunds at all on dining packages.

 

What are the dining options available throughout the Aspall Tennis Classic week?

There is a range of different dining options available throughout the week.
– A three-course Luncheon and Dinner Menu will be served in The Dining Room each day.
– Afternoon tea is also available to book between 4pm and 6pm; it is advised to book early to avoid disappointment as availability is limited. Reservations can be made at Main Reception.
– A seafood tent in the Rose Court and in The Dip from 12pm to 6pm Wednesday to Friday with afternoon tea available from 3pm to 6pm Tuesday to Friday.
– There will be a barbecue outside the Polo Bar and in the Dip from 12pm to 3pm and 6pm to dusk each day.
– The Harness Room will operate as normal including the full a la carte menu in the evenings, and the Pool Bar will operate as normal.
Please note that the Polo Bar Menu will be suspended from Tuesday to Friday.
All Dining Room Dining Packages include a Premium ticket and are available for purchase from Main Reception.

 

 

Can I park my car at the Club during Aspall Tennis Classic week?

Yes, however, we expect the Club to be very busy and parking will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis. All Members & Guests are encouraged to use public transport or car share where possible.

 

Can guests park their cars at the Club during Aspall Tennis Classic Week?

Guest car parking fees will still apply during Aspall Tennis Classic week. The cost is £15 per car between 9am and 7pm, and will be offered on a first come first served basis.

 

Are there any VIP Hospitality packages available during Aspall Tennis Classic week?

Yes, if you would prefer VIP hospitality, please phone IMG Tennis on 0208 233 5838 or email George.carroll@img.com.
Please note, the East Wing will be open only to members and guests who have purchased Corporate Hospitality packages. Your cooperation in advance is appreciated.

 

Can I smoke whilst watching tennis?

All the seating areas around the court are No Smoking areas.

 

Can I bring my dog to the Club during the Aspall Tennis Classic?

Please note, dogs are strongly discouraged during this event.

 

Can I use my mobile phone at the Club during Aspall Tennis Classic Week?

Mobile phones must not be used in the grandstand. You are able to use your phone outside the grandstand; however, we ask that you do so discretely.
