About the Club
Bordering the Thames in Fulham and set in 42 acres of magnificent grounds, The Hurlingham Club is a green oasis of tradition and international renown. Recognised throughout the world as one of Britain’s greatest private members’ clubs, it retains its quintessentially English traditions and heritage, while providing modern facilities and services for its members. The Club continually looks at ways in which it can improve, for both current and future generations, the first-class social and sporting facilities within an elegant and congenial ambience.
The social calendar at Hurlingham features a number of uncompromisingly luxurious occasions, from the summer Fête Champêtre & Concours d’Elégance to the winter Dinner & Carols by Candlelight. In addition, the diverse range of indoor activities also play a significant role in the camaraderie felt within the Club’s membership.
It’s not only the variety of sports that can be enjoyed at Hurlingham but also the facilities and environment within which they are accommodated, that sets the Club apart. From pigeon shooting in 1867, the Club has made its mark in sporting history through high profile events in the worlds of polo, croquet and tennis.
