East Wing Sunday Carvery

Served Sunday lunchtimes in the Quadrangle and Terrace Rooms (and Dining Room - subject to availability), a typical four-course menu includes a tempting starter, succulent roast or fish dish, followed by a choice of mouth-watering puddings, coffee, tea and mints.

Carvery Wine List

Sundays 12pm to 3.30pm Last orders at 3pm

The Sunday Carvery highlights include:

  • The exceptionally tender, slow roasted rib of Scotch beef, cooked for 12 hours at 58°C
  • Cold meat and fish carving station featuring:

The Smoked Fish Bar with mackerel, halibut, trout and salmon all available to try along with their accompaniments.

The Cold Meat Bar with a 'melt in the mouth' Prosciutto San Daniele on the Bone.

Patrons are requested to observe:

  • Sportswear is not permitted
  • Children under the age of eight are welcome, under gentle supervision, to sit within the family room (Quadrangle Room) only. 
  • Children aged eight years or over may enjoy the Sunday Carvery within the Terrace Room.
