Embroidery

Dating back to 1988, attendees of the embroidery classes at Hurlingham are the proud creators of the magnificent tapestry in the east wing lobby.

An embroidery course runs each spring, summer and autumn, where participants can fashion their own original design; a family coat of arms, initialled cushions, embroidered handbags and family trees using cotton and silk threads.
